In 2008 Jarif Electronics Company(JEC) established in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This company was registered under the Companies Act of 1913 and was incorporated in Bangladesh on 29th march 2010. JEC is one of the most reputed organizations in Bangladesh. The company has always been known as a pioneer in the field of consumer electronics technology in Bangladesh. It enjoys the good position in assembling, importing, repairing, exchanging, dealing and marketing all sorts of electronics & electrical goods. Jarif Electronics Company is the only authorized licensee of Coolmart water purifier of South Korea and Aquagrand of India. The company has been assembling, marketing and distributing ARINA TV,Coolmart & Aquagrand water purifier in Bangladesh for the last 10 years. Jarif Electronics Company is also developed its own brand ARINA.

In 2008, Jarif Electronics Company started with only his own bran ARINA with only Color TV. Since then the product lineup has increased.
